10. Leather and Studs - This fall, studs and leather are back in style. Reminiscent of the 80s, while it's not my style, it's still going to be popular.

9. Military Jackets - If you've always had a fixation on those fabulous fitted jackets they wear in the military, navy, marching band, etc. Then this fall trend is for you.

8. Bleach Jeans - Another trend that is reminiscent of the crazy 80s, we're back with bleached jeans. Personally, I think they're ugly, and I really don't like how the fall trends are gearing up more for 80s, but there are some more feminine 50s type fashion.

7. Cardigan - While I think Cardigans have always been in fashion, I've been seeing them a lot more this year than I did the last two seasons, which consisted a lot of multi colored layering.

6. Feminine Lacey Blouses - Lace. Blouses. Feminine. Need I say more how much I love this trend?

5. Leggings - Whether it be an animal print, some crazy ass print, lacey leggings, cropped leggings, ripped leggings. Leggings are totally in fashion, and I don't see them going anywhere any time soon.

4. The One Shoulder - Not comfortable with going strapless? Some of us can't even wear strapless. Well then, why not go for a trendy one shoulder dress, shirt, etc. You can keep your outfit up, and still show a bit of shoulder.

3. Booties - I like the peep toe booties the best. You still get lengthening of the leg, and you get to show your just pedicured toesies. There is also studded booties, and other booties.

2. Over the Knee Boots - I think this look is going to be sexy.

1. Knits - The other day at Target I saw the oddest yet most chic piece of clothing ever. Knitted skirt. I think that knits isn't just for your winter sweater. It can be for your handbag, your skirt, shirt, or even scarf and cardigan.

Goody's Family Clothing, Inc. (Goody's), a moderately priced family apparel retailer operating in small to midsize markets primarily throughout the Southeast, announced that the Company's Second Amended Plan of Reorganization proposed by Goody's Family Clothing, Inc., its Subsidiary Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Plan") became effective today, marking the Company's emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Plan was confirmed by order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on October 7, 2008.

During the Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Goody's streamlined and reorganized its operations to improve the business model, significantly reduced operating costs, and maximized the value of core assets. This included the closure and liquidation of 69 underperforming retail locations in 18 states, the closing of a distribution center in Arkansas and a corporate office in New York, and the elimination of excessive corporate spending. In addition, Goody's eliminated the Company's e-commerce business, as well as an associated distribution center in Tennessee.

Paul White, Goody's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We believe we have significantly strengthened both our business and capital structure and this will allow Goody's to continue to build on its 55-year heritage. Our Plan has enabled us to eliminate considerable costs from our business and we now have a profitable store base that is more efficient and productive. Importantly, this was all done while continuing to manage our stores without interruption and successfully serve our customers.

In conjunction with the Plan, Goody's has successfully closed a $175 million revolving exit credit facility provided by GE Corporate Lending and Bank of America, N.A. In addition, Goody's has secured $10 million and $35 million exit term loans from GB Merchant Partners, LLC and PGDYS Lending LLC, respectively.

Goody's voluntarily filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on June 9, 2008. The Company has continued to operate under the supervision of the Bankruptcy Court throughout the Chapter 11 process.
